Covers key concepts such as unconscious bias, cultural competence, and the value of diverse perspectives. The focus of the program is on the effective leadership and operation of employee resource groups. We offer free monthly webinars on various aspects of ERG/BRG operations and success. And, we have a leadership training certificate program to develop existing and emerging ERG/BRG leaders.

The training focuses on essential leadership qualities such as effective communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, and inclusive team management. Through a combination of theoretical insights, practical exercises, and real-world case studies, the class aims to build confidence, foster a growth mindset, and develop the emotional intelligence needed for effective leadership.

Harnessing extensive knowledge and experience, trusted advisors provide advice and guidance tailored to an organization’s needs and objectives over time. Because the need for advice and guidance arises often and usually without advance notice, we establish a retainer agreement with the companies we serve. This allows the trusted advisor to be “on call” for the client when the need arises.
Under the EnERGize umbrella we offer two ERG/BRG leadership development courses that cover concepts such as the structure and governance of ERGs/BRGs and how to plan events, work with key internal departments, and external communities.
Designed to uplift and empower women by enhancing their skills, confidence, and self-awareness. The class covers topics such as leadership development, effective communication, and personal branding. Participants engage in interactive activities, discussions, and follow-up mentoring sessions that focus on identifying and overcoming barriers, setting and achieving personal and professional goals, and building a supportive network so they can assert their strengths, navigate challenges, and thrive in various aspects of their lives.
Our coaches can assist you or your employees with developing goals and the tools and tips needed to achieve them whether they apply to your career and professional life, wellness, work life balance and more. We also offer a variety of coaching retreats for women.
Assessments are vital for several reasons including, but not limited to identifying strengths and weaknesses, ensuring goal alignment, facilitating change, and measuring progress. We have assessments in the area of personality, values, DEI, and culture on the individual and organizational levels.
